We are GLOBAL – located in major markets internationally, our executive search and leadership hiring teams develop industry-specific, results-driven talent acquisition solutions. We identify board and c-level executives who are the RIGHT FIT – with regards to backgrounds, skill sets and values that align with our clients’ company culture and strategic vision.
Terms & Conditions at a Glance
- We take up ONLY Executive Search + Leadership Hiring Projects.
- We take up ONLY EXCLUSIVE Executive Search + Leadership Hiring Projects. i.e., Client will not give the vacancy to any other organization. The exclusivity period will be 90 days.
- We take 5% ADVANCE PAYMENT of the Agency Fee as per mutual agreement. The same is refundable if we are not able to hire the candidate within 3-months of the EXCLUSIVITY clause.
- Agency Fee: 8.33% - 25% depending on the Annual (CTC) Salary Grid.
- Agency Fee: To be released within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- Free Replacement: If the candidate quits within three months of joining.
- Additional points to be reviewed and finalized upon mutual discussion with Client company.
- Detailed Agreement to be signed mutually.

- We provide a detailed report of identified candidates and will recruit the top candidates for the role and present a complete candidate brief with our recommendations.
- The most promising executive candidates will present a top-line strategy and SWOT analysis.
- Client team will conduct background and reference checks along with personality assessments (if requested) to ensure that the candidate qualifies for the opportunity beyond skill competency.
